The first step in pursuing rest is giving yourself permission that it's ok to do it.Â
Very few of us were raised with the awareness that we cannot sustain life with the throttle wide open all the time.
Unfortunately, the accepted hustle culture we live in leads to so many unnecessary outcomes:
â” Burnout: We all know that feeling of going through the motions, with little joy and the mounting dread that there's no end in sight.Â
â” Illness: Our body can only hold on for so long before it starts breaking down and begging for support.Â
â” Addiction: This is one of the most destructive coping mechanisms we turn to in an attempt to simply feel better.Â

This is all about helping you sustain the lifestyle you want, not blowing it up and living like a monk.

To help you incorporate more supportive and restorative practices into your day, 75 Rest is broken into 5 segments of 15 days each.Â
â” Daily Actions: We'll start with easy exercises that you can try out and see what resonates for you.Â
â” Exploring Beliefs & Emotions: Then we'll look at what beliefs and emotions came up and how to deal with them, while still doing the daily practices that fit us best.Â
â” Eliminating What's Not Serving Us: We'll review things you're doing and holding onto that aren't serving you any longer and how to gracefully remove them.
â” Advanced Strategies: We'll explore more advanced strategies that you can incorporate or save for later when you're ready for them.
â” Integration: The final 15 days will be all about integrating everything that resonates into a sustainable practice that supports you going forward.Â

Whatâs Included in 75 Rest?

Daily Restorative Activity
Every day you'll choose what restorative activity you feel like doing, even if it's just for 5 minutes. I'll provide a long list of things that might resonate with you and we'll add to it as others share what's working best for them. You can mix and match whatever works for you each day.

Daily Audio Message
I'll provide a daily audio message, sharing an insight or guiding you through an exercise, like checking in with yourself and make space for the emotions that you've been stuffing down in your daily hustle.

Community
There will be a community aspect where you can connect with and encourage others as they share what they're growing through.

Expert Teachings
Other experts will share specific strategies and techniques that they have mastered over their years of healing and restoration.Â
